Net Zero Offshore Policy Interactions
The Crown Estate (TCE) commissioned HMC to advise on the UK government policy and delivery landscape associated with the deployment of marine infrastructure to support ambitions for Net Zero (Net Zero Offshore), particularly in those waters for which TCE has responsibility (i.e. England, Wales and Northern Ireland (NI)).
